A Portfolio of Premier Student Housing Properties
Our third US-based student housing fund encompasses three income-yielding, high-quality properties spread across Georgia, Texas and Ohio. The Fund includes 1,300 beds and its current occupancy rate stands at 97%.
The Fund aims to capitalize on the robust fundamentals of the US student housing market in addition to the increasing demand for purpose built, privately owned, off-campus, highly amenitized housing options that are within walking distance to university campuses.
The Fund marks the third student housing portfolio acquired in partnership with our affiliate SQ Asset Management, an Atlanta-based student housing asset manager with over 15,000 beds in its portfolio, and with whom we delivered an IRR of 122% further to the exit of our first student housing portfolio.
