Through our UK Land Conversion Fund, we aim to collaborate with established developers and our subsidiary Roebuck to capitalize on strategic development opportunities within the UK and Ireland’s living sectors. The Fund targets opportunities with strong market fundamentals and demographic reach across geographically diverse residential regions exhibiting growth.

The Fund seeks to secure brownfield sites during their pre-development phase, with the aim of capitalizing on the planning process which typically realizes a substantial portion of real estate value creation. This strategy allows for capital requirements to be minimized, which allow for losses to be mitigated in instances where planning is either deferred or not secured in a timely manner.
