In 2021, we acquired a c.US$135 million mission-critical distribution facility in Chicago, Illinois, which is leased to Michelin North America, a blue-chip tenant internationally recognised as a top-selling global tire brand. The facility serves as one of Michelin's two main bulk logistics centers in the US and plays a significant role in handling 35% of their imported inventory.

Situated strategically in the geographic center of the United States, the facility offers easy access to key transportation links, allowing tenants to efficiently reach customers across major states and commercial hubs.

The acquisition was completed in partnership with Silver Creek Commercial Development LLC, an experienced US-based asset manager whose notable track record of over $2 billion in logistics transactions further enhances the value of this investment.
