Diversified US Residential Portfolio was established in 2014 to acquire a diversified portfolio of multi-family residential complexes in Houston and Atlanta totalling 1,288 units. The properties were selected due to their proximity to large and growing infrastructure assets in the respective cities.

The investment was successfully exited in 2017, ahead of its expected exit date and realized the target returns.
