A Portfolio of US-based Student Housing Assets Affiliated with Top Rated Universities

In 2021, we successfully acquired our first student housing portfolio valued at c. $115 million, with two assets located in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Tallahassee, Florida. The portfolio’s assets, offering over 1,200 beds in total, are well-located within walking distance from top-rated public universities with strong enrollment growth, and are relatively new with attractive amenities for students. The acquisition was completed in partnership with our specialized Atlanta-based affiliate SQ Asset Management, who are recognized as the sixth largest buyer of student housing assets in the US.

The acquired assets consist of privately owned off-campus student accommodations located in close proximity to the University of Arkansas and Florida State University. These properties have been meticulously designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern students and offer a range of amenities. Students can enjoy highly-amenitized facilities, including courtyards, coffee shops, study rooms, and fitness centers.
