Diversified US Hospitality Portfolio

In 2020, we made a strategic acquisition in the US hospitality sector, investing approximately US$250 million in a portfolio of select service hotels. Our portfolio consists of 12 premium select service hotels, strategically located across three key submarkets in the US, California, New Jersery, and Connecticut. Each property is proudly affiliated with either the Hilton or Marriott brands and the portfolio covers a diverse range of property types, geographies, and target markets.

We partnered with industry experts, Arbor Lodging Partners, a highly specialized US-based hospitality asset manager with a proven track record in investing in and managing hospitality assets. Arbor Lodging Management, an affiliate of Arbor, is responsible for overseeing the management of our portfolio. The value-add component of the portfolio has been identified through planned renovations and capex spending that aims to enhance market penetration and overall value of the hotels.
